1 General Terms & Conditions

pp999 (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between pp999 and its members.

These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. 2 Account Registration

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳10,00,000 BDT
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited, though any real balance deposited by the member can still be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

5 Betting Rules

• Odds in live betting change in real time based on match conditions.
• Bets already accepted will remain valid in the event of an internet disconnection.

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is not permitted.

6 Prohibited Activities

pp999 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using false information to claim bonuses.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the platform.
• Using or sharing another member's account credentials.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

pp999 May suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months).
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members will be notified by email or SMS before their account is closed. pp999 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation pp999. Members may also request account closure at any time, and any valid balance will be paid out accordingly.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
